Fee and membership
Kaplan Hawksmere Membership entitles your organisation to 50% discount on all Kaplan Hawksmere and Croner Training non-residential events for 12 months from the date of payment of your membership fee. You cannot claim the 50% discount before the Membership fee is paid. (Closer to your Membership's expiry date you will be sent a reminder to renew your Membership for the next 12 months).
The 50% discount cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
Cancellation
Kaplan Hawksmere Membership fee is non-refundable. (However, individual events booked under your Membership do qualify for part refunds if cancelled – please refer to Terms and Conditions on brochures when making a booking).

The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take apart in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society. If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change Hawksmere Ltd. will notify you at least 14 days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made by Hawksmere Ltd. or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of the letter to us. Banks and Building Societies may not accept direct debit instructions for some types of account.
