Speaker
Jonathan Williams
Jonathan qualified ACA in 1989, and worked in audit practice for 8 years, before moving into lecturing. Jonathan specialised in delivering exam based training for ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, ATT and AAT qualifications, primarily teaching financial reporting, auditing, tax and risk management subjects.
Jonathan joined Kaplan in 1999, and worked for the three years in Singapore lecturing on ACCA financial reporting and auditing courses. He now specialises in developing and presenting FNFM and CPD courses for qualified professional accountants in practice, industry and the public sector. His specialisms are UK GAAP and IFRS, and audit and assurance related topics.

Day 1
The first day of the programme concentrates on balance sheets and P&L accounts – what use they can be to you. Cash and cash management are then studied – short term working capital management and funding for the long term – what gearing is appropriate.
