  • How to hold interest
  • How to maintain Personal Impact

Seven steps to designing high impact presentations

  • Step one: begin by being clear on four things – the purpose, the audience, the end result you want to achieve and the environment
  • Step two: review and decide on the content
  • Step three: draft out the content of the presentation
  • Step four: try it! Effective preparation means actually ‘saying’ the words, actually trying it out loud!
  • Step five: get feedback – ask colleagues/friends/ family to listen to your presentation and to give you feedback on it
  • Step six: review as necessary
  • Step seven: practice, practice, practice!

What you say and how you say it; the powerful body!

Getting the most from your voice:

  • Keep control with an opinionated audience
  • Deal with people who do not wish to contribute
  • Handle audiences who wish to delay decisions

Exploring the seven causes of nerves and butterflies!

  • Fear of falling flat on your face
  • Fear of drying up

  • Fear of being boring
