Seminar presenter
Linda Sheldon is an independent training and development consultant, conference speaker and management trainer, specialising in performance management, competence profiling, management development and personal effectiveness. Her experience in training and development has been gained while working as a training manager and external training consultant for several large blue-chip companies within the retail, financial, manufacturing, IT and telecommunication sectors. She has been responsible for the project management, design and delivery of major training programmes from green field sites through to acquisition and merger. Linda has a practical as well as academic appreciation of strategic training and development initiatives, as she is CIPD qualified, holds a Masters' Degree in Education and Training and is qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer aptitude tests and interpret personality profiles. Her style has been described as interactive, with an ability to inspire and motivate. She is regarded highly by her clients for her ability to manage group discussions and facilitate positive and constructive outcomes. Linda is fully aware of the impact that poor time and stress management can have on your life and how important it is to take control, having learnt through personal experience.
